As an integral member of the HealthEquity Brand team, the Brand Insights Manager is responsible for leading essential market research projects and ensuring the dissemination of critical insights. Drawing upon their expertise, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping marketing strategies and spearheading vital market research initiatives. A successful Brand Insights Manager excels in communication and organization, both internally and with external agencies. Their proactive and thoughtful research efforts are instrumental in enabling HealthEquity to make informed, data-driven decisions, ultimately empowering millions of healthcare consumers across the United States. 

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Collaborate across internal teams and with external agencies to identify, design, and execute customized market analyses that address HealthEquity’s business challenges and opportunities.  
  • Conduct research to measure HealthEquity’s brand impact and performance in the market.  
  • Ideate and conduct primary research by writing questionnaires, working with various internal tools and databases, analyzing raw data, creating reports from scratch, and presenting and sharing results with various stakeholders. 
  • Synthesize and share relevant primary and secondary learnings into actionable insights for stakeholders. 
  • Track, organize, and share market trends to inform brand-aligned thought leadership and content creation.  
  • Champion market research best practices by organizing and generously sharing knowledge and lessons learned from projects and cross-functional collaboration across the company.

 

 

What you'll need to be successful

  • 5+ years of experience with marketing research, insights, and analytics, demonstrating a strong track record of success  
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or closely related field  
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, or related field) is a plus 
  • Proficiency in the comprehensive collection, analysis, and interpretation of both qualitative and quantitative research, translating data into actionable insights. 
  • Exceptional presentation skills—effectively disseminating research insights to collaborators and key decision-makers, bridging the gap between data and strategy. 
  • Comfortable working autonomously and in collaborative settings 
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint) 
  • Intermediate to advanced expertise in real-time survey and feedback tools like Qualtrics, UserTesting, etc.

Salary Range

$99500.00 To $159500.00 / year

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
