Partner Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Partner Sales Coordinator to support our referral and reseller partners. This role is key to coordinating leads, processing sales submissions in Salesforce, and managing day-to-day partner interactions. The Partner Sales Coordinator will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize partnership value and drive engagement.

 

 

What the job does:

· Vet and distribute inbound partner leads through Salesforce, ensuring timely routing to internal teams.

· Manage partner lead portals and handle integration requests for file feeds.

· Oversee daily partner sales submissions and maintain accurate data in Salesforce.

· Create and manage Outreach.io sequences for leads and email campaigns to educate, inform, and engage partners.

· Serve as the main point of contact for partners, facilitating smooth interactions between clients and internal teams (Field Sales, Implementation, PRMs, etc.).

· Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) and PRMs to identify opportunities for partnership improvements, including marketing materials and process enhancements.

· Provide ongoing training and support to Business Development Representatives (BDRs) on partnership lead handling and procedural best practices.

· Coordinate partnership reviews, providing insights to internal teams on performance and growth strategies.

· Balance short-term priorities with long-term projects to drive partnership success and efficiency.

 

 

What qualifications you need:

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· 4+ years of experience in sales operations, partner management, or a related role, preferably in the benefits or healthcare industry.

· Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io, and other CRM/sales automation tools, including data analysis, reporting, and automation.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with sales contracting and partnership management is a plus.

· Knowledge of COBRA, Consumer-Directed Benefits, and HSAs preferred.

 

Physical/Mental Requirements and Demands:

Work requires normal range of hearing, vision and verbal communication skills, with or without a reasonable accommodation. Must be able to use a telephone or headset equipment and operate a keyboard and other office equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation. The ability to perform work at a computer station for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with frequent interruptions is required. At times, subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. May experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.

Salary Range

$28.50 to $33.00 / hour

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
