Position Title:                                            Software Engineer II

Job Location:                                             15 West Scenic Pointe Drive, Draper, UT 84020 (100% remote position)

Hours:                                                           Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

 

Summary of Duties:

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions applying the required specialized knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Analyze and select appropriate technology solutions that are scalable, efficient, and secure, while following company and industry standard processes.
  • Write and implement efficient code that meets stated requirements while adhering to company, compliance, and security standards.
  • Own quality with a “shift left” testing approach, including implementing automated testing, and partner with other teammates in support of testing solutions for unit, functional, load and
  • integration testing early and throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Perform work in collaborative agile environment with others including Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX designers, Scrum Masters, leadership and architects.
  • Maintain and grow technical skills, knowledge, and currency via training and seminars. Collaborate with peers via formal and informal channels such as Guilds.

 

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related of study and 1 year of experience In the job offered or any related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related of study and 3 years of experience In the job offered or any related occupation in which the required experience was gained

 

Applicants must also have demonstrated experience with: 

 

  • NET, .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular and Open API/Swagger
  • Code productivity, diagnostic, quality and testing tools
  • Azure DevOps Services for automated lifecycle management and Git source code version control system
