You are responsible for tracking CIs through their full lifecycle from requisition through to retirement, and playing a role in optimizing technology spend and procurement, and for developing the processes, systems and tools for asset/configuration management. You will work with CI owners to help maintain and validate their data, drive service mapping criticality and incorporate processes to manage this and are responsible for the validation of and auditing of Discovery data, resolving CI conflicts and mitigating and/or eliminating duplicate records. A thorough understanding of IT asset and configuration management principles and methodologies is needed. JOB SUMMARY   The Jr. Identity Access Management (IAM) Security Analyst will be an active participant in the Health Equity enterprise wide IAM Program. This role is the first step to broadening IAM knowledge and experience within the IAM Operations Team. This individual will learn the fundamentals of access administration within the active directory and enterprise and corporate applications. As part of the IAM Operations team the team member will help the team adhere to service levels and manage volumes through efficient request management. The team member will help support access inquiries and escalations and work with team members requesting access to ensure all the necessary information is included in the requests for efficient and accurate processing. This team member will become very familiar with all teams within the IAM organization and the tools utilized to support access processes and governance throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is ready to learn about identity and access management, effective access administration, and the tools that support IAM within the HealthEquity environment.
