While leading this team, the Senior Director of Financial Crime will develop and lead the program’s strategy to actively prevent and mitigate fraud risk for HealthEquity. This role is accountable for defining risk tolerances in this space, identifying gaps, maturing, and implementing controls and technology for mitigation according to the level of fraud risk..Thisindividual will have an in depth understanding of emerging risks in the fraud space, and how to successfully mitigate them through the application of technology, processes, and people. Successful delivery will directly impactthe client and employee experience and allow the HealthEquity to comply with regulatory requirements in a scalable way and significantly reduce operating risk.     What you’ll be doing     - Develop a robust fraud prevention strategy at the corporate level and implement supporting the tactical roadmap with the backing from executive leadership.  - Drive significant changewithin the organization by implementing new technology, and remediating control gaps.  - Lead, support and develop aimpactful team of fraud data analysts and fraud technical experts.  - Implement solutions that enhance fraud prevention resources while minimizing impact to valid member behavior. - Developing Predictive and AI-enabled Fraud and Risk capabilities  - Establish the ability to measure, monitor and understand fraud losses across the company and employ tools, solutions and metrics that appropriately quantify and assess losses and exposure.  - Deploying Fraud and Cybercrime monitoring capabilities at both the Network and Client levels - Lead change through continual collaboration and influence across HealthEquity   - Additional responsibilities include partnering closely with Fraud Operations, Accounting,Treasury, IT, Legal Counsel, Product and Technology, Audit, Compliance, and Engaging with law enforcement  - Leads and carry out the personnel actions for direct reports, including but not limited to hiring and scheduling; training and evaluating; coaching and leading performance; making salary, merit, or other compensation recommendations for team of direct reports; and making recommendations and/or taking corrective or disciplinary action as appropriate.     What you will need to be successful    - Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university in the Business Administration or Technological fields  - 7+ years of fraud management experience, developing complex fraud prevention strategies among increasing roles or accountability.  - 5+ years of people management and development experience in the fraud space  - A strong understanding of AML, OFAC, and anti-ID theft prevention  - Possesses the ability to articulate a compelling story and vision from raw data, for an executive level audience enhancing member experience for an organization while reducing risk exposure to the company.  - Has an advanced understanding of fraud detection approaches and methodologies using analytical tools and techniques  - Proficiency with business and communications software (preferably Word, Excel, PowerPoint, common Windows operating systems, and Outlook) is required. A strong, hands-on knowledge of working with data (primarily SQL) is also required.  - 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: product management, operations, strategic planning, project management, or implementation  - Experience with Service Design & Delivery  - Experience with NACHA and Card related fraud - Demonstrated core competencies in Leadership, Product Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Project Management, and Process Improvement for Operations functions.  - Experience working with Second Line of Defense (LOD) Risk organizations and front lines of business to improve the risk management function related to customer onboarding activities.  - Ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization, create a strong collaborative environment, develop partnerships with many business and functional areas across HealthEquity - Effective relationship management and the ability to influence and create an environment that fosters collaboration and credible challenge across multiple levels of the organization.  - Exceptional track record of driving organizational change, developing innovative solutions, and delivering results.  - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; across variety of audiences and constituencies, including executive management  - Superb collaboration skills across multiple levels and functions with demonstrated success through decision making and in gaining alignment.  -     #LI-Remote  This is a remote position.

You will be part of a core team of designers that do research and design in close collaboration with product teams and engineering to solve complex problems and deliver intuitive, engaging experiences.   The ideal candidate for this role should be able to connect the dots between business needs, innovation, and good user-centered design practices while executing design solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.      What you’ll be doing  - You will design and launch features that engage, empower, and delight our users. - Collaborate with product teams to understand specific objectives and lead design efforts to tackle complex problems and produce innovative solutions. - Facilitate design workshops and lead design sprints to foster collaboration and ideation within the team. - Demonstrate mastery of common visual and interaction design principles and practices, and create suitable sketches, wireframes, flows, design comps, and prototypes with autonomy. - Consistently produce clear and compelling materials and narratives explaining design rationale to all teams using customer, business, and competitive insights. - Be a constant advocate for the user and own the persona development, user journey creation, and ongoing experience assessment. - Actively seek feedback on design work and plan to address it in your iterative process proactively. - Clearly communicate context, user-centric goals, and objectives considering the audience when presenting work. - Integrate data-driven insights into the design process, leveraging analytics and user feedback to inform and optimize user experiences. - Partner and collaborate with engineers and product managers to ideate solutions and ensure designs are technically feasible and drive desired outcomes. - Maintain a value-driven mindset, highlighting the design's impact across the product organization. - Staying up-to-date with competitor products and industry trends     What you will need to be successful - Proven experience as a UX designer in leading parts of the product design cycle for customer-facing applications and working with cross-functional teams. - Strong competency in human-centered design practices, interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping - Experience facilitating design workshops and leading design sprints  - Experience designing dashboards, contributing to the visualization and presentation of complex information. - Impeccable attention to detail and high-quality craft in UI design.  - Expertise in design, collaboration, and prototyping tools (Figma & FigJam)    - Capable of analyzing user data and synthesizing findings into actionable insights to guide design decisions and inform others. - Clear and confident communicator with an affinity for storytelling and presenting findings with visual clarity. - Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and experience designing products following accessibility standards and compliance (WCAG)  - Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first design.    - Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) is a plus, bringing a deeper understanding of intelligent technologies to enhance user interactions. #LI-Remote This is a remote position.
