Oversees the audit of desktop security practices and department operations and performance on an ongoing basis to mitigate risks, meet Company standards, and exceed customer service expectations.  - Manages and oversees the administrative and human resources activities of the Desktop Support Team, which includes but is not limited to budget development and monitoring, hiring and assigning employees; coaching, training and evaluating employees; coaching, counseling and managing performance; and making salary, merit or other pay increase recommendations.  Ensures staff receives proper training on products, systems and services.  This position may also make recommendations and/or take corrective action to manage performance as appropriate.      What you will need to be successful EDUCATION:  Knowledge of business or computer science or a closely related field as normally obtained through the completion of a High School Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent experience in an Information Technology professional role. Microsoft technical certifications are preferred but not required.  WORK EXPERIENCE OR RELATED EXPERIENCE:  The ability and skill to manage and oversee technical support operations for a Microsoft based Enterprise desktops support organization as described as normally obtained through a minimum 4-6 years of progressively responsible technical experience supporting end users with specific experience in Microsoft applications and configurations. Experience should include providing support in the following areas: Laptops, Desktops, Servers both physical and virtual, networking and phone systems. Experience in information security and PowerShell scripting is preferred. Systems integration and acquisition experience is highly desired.  SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:  An advanced foundation and in-depth technical knowledge in computer hardware, software and trouble-shooting. Expert knowledge and experience with Information Desktop/systems management best practices and business controls, and demonstrated experience integrating new methods and tools that address business needs are required. In-depth knowledge of the Company's systems.     Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required. The ability to interact and collaborate effectively with business partners and IT end users as described is required. A strong customer service orientation is essential.     A demonstrated ability to resolve complex process/systems issues through the identification and analysis of problems from root cause to strategy development and execution is necessary. Incumbents must have the ability to implement and manage comprehensive policies, programs and initiatives as described.     Excellent organizational and time management skills are required as is the ability to perform work with little direction and work on multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to manage diverse operations consisting of tight deadlines and high-pressure situations is required. The ability to multi-task and function will in a stressful environment is also required.     The ability to work during hours early shifts as required and respond to emergency calls off hours is required.     Good leadership, communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required to perform the functions as described. Experience should include current knowledge of service center best practices. The position will report to the Associate General Counsel over commercial contracting.   A successful candidate will have a proven track record of business management, contract administration, review and negotiation in addition to experience with ensuring team compliance with internal processes and policies.  Experience using Salesforce (or a comparable contract management tool) is highly desired. They will seek to understand the applicable policies, processes and practices of our business related to contracting in order to provide sound advice and guidance. They will be collaborative  with applicable business partners to effectively support the needs of the business. Location is flexible  with a preference for Draper, UT or Irving, TX.   What you’ll be doing -  Responsible for managing the contracts administration team, which responsibilities include to collaborate to develop and implement processes associated with contracting. We are responsible for processes related to the distribution of documents throughout the company using our Document Management System and handling of physical incoming documents.Operations Processors will perform key, daily transactional operations such as opening and logging items received, importing data into internal systems, routing documents using our Document Management System to multiple departments, assisting with quality assurance, and other ancillary tasks.   It will be beneficial to have an understanding of IRS regulations related to contribution eligibility, annual limits and tax implications, as well as familiarity with all types of deposits applicable to healthcare accounts. It is your responsibility to ensure that each process is covered and completed within the expected time frame. In addition to ensuring that the daily operational work is accomplished, you must be able to identify where improvement is needed in system and processes. Assisting HealthEquity to become more efficient or improve quality in daily processing is a must.   You must effectively communicate the status of daily tasks and specific tasks/projects to management and escalate critical issues as needed to ensure service levels and other deliverables are met.   This role is on-site in our beautiful Draper office. Member Services team members build strong, lasting relationships with members by understanding their needs and concerns. This team takes the lead in providing a delightful experience for every person who contacts HealthEquity via our service center.   Our training class begins Monday, September 27th. This is a regular, full time position and will be remotely based.
