Provides reports of the team’s performance to the implementation leadership team, providing feedback and suggestions for change to increase operational efficiency. - Acts as a third primary tier of support for escalated issues and works to resolve processing errors as expeditiously as possible. This includes identifying, researching and correcting implementation issues within the Implementation suite of tools. - Issues typically require the ability to use independent judgment and discretion to identify root cause and correct. Resolution may entail direct interaction with other internal departments, customer, employers, brokers, etc. to gather additional information for analysis. - Works cross-functionally with other departments to address customer or business issues and resolve errors and/or issues in a timely manner. This includes timely preparation and submission of security incident reports. Serves as an example to the implementation team for collaboration and consistent customer and client satisfaction. - Maintains current and complete awareness of products and services to effectively provide direction and respond to issues that Implementation Managers may encounter. This may involve attending advanced training sessions or meetings in which information is imparted and discussed. What you will need to be successful - Knowledge of business management and technology as normally obtained through the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in business or technology related major. - The ability to provide effective support of escalated installation issues and supervise the implementation process. Demonstrated understanding of accurate account installation and its effect on service to members, clients and brokers. Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly desired. - A thorough knowledge and understanding of the benefits industry and/or bankcard operations is strongly preferred. Knowledge of pre-tax benefits, payroll and basic benefits accounting is also preferred. - Incumbents should have strong attention to detail and possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and provide resolution for escalated customer and system issues as described. Good analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for evaluating data and information. - Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills are required as is the ability to remain customer service focused during situations in which customers may be notably frustrated. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills in a team-based environment are also necessary to supervise the team as described. Previous coaching experience is required. - Incumbents must have the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities and the ability to work under specific time constraints. Ensure HealthEquity is delivering the service, support, and overall solution per the agreed upon terms and in a way that turns these partners into ambassadors of the HealthEquity brand. - Orchestrate sales opportunities for partner by bringing appropriate HealthEquity Sales people and Account Executives together with partner team to grow and retain business opportunities. - Deliver value in partner meetings by sharing relevant partner data and trends, through thoughtful analysis of opportunities, recommendations for growth, innovation and process improvements followed by delivery of commitments made by partner and HealthEquity during meetings to ensure real value is created.  - Partner with HealthEquity business teams to realize partner results while keeping the team informed on actionable market trends, partner needs and opportunities.  - Solve problems, recommend solutions, deal effectively with issues and concerns, adapt to a variety of personalities, communicate, collaborate, and inspire trust and confidence in each interaction. - Build reference-able relationships.  - Make interactions fun, engaging and meaningful.  What you will need to be successful     - 4 year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Proven 7+ year track record working with senior-level executives in client relationship management and consultation within the healthcare or finance industries to create value for key customers - 7+ years of strategic and consultative selling experience within the Insurance or Finance industry - Location: Remote - national reach - MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Presentation Skills including messaging and positioning information to meet and influence client needs - Working knowledge of employer benefits framework, consumer driven plan design, retirement plan admin and sales, retirement plan industry - Relationship management skills including negotiation, collaboration, and listening skills - A nature characterized as a self-starter, learner, and driver to get things done while building and strengthening relationships. Senior Software Engineers research, analyze, design, build, test, maintain and improve critical applications and functionality for our core platforms. Senior Software Engineers also play an important technical leadership and mentorship role within the Software Engineering organization. What you’ll be doing - Design, develop and deliver high-quality software solutions at a specialist level within one or more business domains applying the required specialized knowledge, skills, and abilities discussed below. - Analyze and select appropriate technology that meets user needs while being scalable, efficient, and secure and following company and industry standard processes.
