The Manager of People Technology  is responsible for overseeing the implementation of various people technology products, tools, and projects aimed at streamlining and enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role will lead HealthEquity’s People Technology team responsible for our Human Capital Management, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, and Performance management systems. This  will be a player-coach, lending their own expertise to the administration, management, and configuration of HealthEquity’s performance, learning, and career development modules within the People Technology portfolio. This role stewards the People Technology team’s Agile journey and will be instrumental in establishing and optimizing connections within People Technology, Information Technology, and partner People Team COEs. Reporting to the Director, People Technology and Operations, this role will bridge technology, customer relationship management, and product ownership, responsible for People Technology team leadership, SaaS solution administration, project management of related initiatives, and engage in capability road mapping and vendor evaluations and assessments.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Leads People Technology Team in the management of HealthEquity’s HR Technology products, Agile delivery of enhancements and projects, and continuous improvement of the Team member, leader, and People COE experience.
  • Serves as a product owner of HealthEquity’s performance, learning, development, career, and succession technology in support of the People Team's functions, key business partners, and company objectives.
  • Manages the intake of new work and processes with COE partners, including process and service design activities, solution development, testing, and post-launch delivery support and analytics.
  • Leads review, evaluation, and prioritization of enhancement requests; leads implementation of accepted requests. Drives self-service reporting initiatives and other service delivery initiatives to improve leader and teammate productivity, create a positive user experience, and create efficiencies across the organization.
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities
  • Monitors key trends, evaluates metrics and provides insights, recommending solutions for operational excellence. Partners with COE leaders to establish SLAs.
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics.

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of related experience preferably in HR Technology.
  • Experience with ADP Vantage learning and performance modules a plus.
  • 3+ years of related experience with Agile or product management methodologies.
  • 3+ years of related experience leading and coaching teams.
  • The ability and skill to manage an HR system as described as normally obtained through a minimum 5 years’ experience with specific experience in systems implementations.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on configuration with any HCM, learning, or performance platform.
  • 5-7 years’ experience leading cross-functional projects with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Excellent understanding of the learning, performance, and development technology market, solutions, and capabilities.
  • Ability to implement systems, processes and procedures that improve the customer experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Thinks creatively to solve problems.
  • Excellent time management with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage work deliverables effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Salary Range

$120,500.00 To $193,000.00 / year
