The Support Service Analyst III will work closely with clients and internal partners to assist clients through a change in their relationship with HealthEquity that will require a contract adjustment or more complex changes. This team member will need to be able to understand our different offerings and how they tie into a legal agreement. They’ll need to be able to provide purple service to our clients while navigating a complex internal process. They will work to make sure the process runs smoothly and all necessary teams are included to complete any work required. 

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Be a subject matter expert in a contracting and related areas.
  • Work with multiple products/platforms and know how they interconnect regarding contracting and the renewal process
  • Drive process improvement and become the subject matter expert on the contracting nuances
  • Define best practices and help drive decisions on how to manage renewals and contracting more effectively
  • Mentor other members of the team
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the internal service organization to guide them through a change event that includes contracting as needed
  • Perform gap analysis and implement process improvement within department and cross functionally, especially with Contracts Legal and the Activation Team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for our Client Facing Teams on Contracting within Salesforce and provide training as needed.
  • Proactively works with department leadership to identify effective communication tools, processes, and policies; implementing as needed.
  • Identify new solutions using existing knowledge and creativity.
  • Maintain an awareness of communication and change management principles as well as new Company initiatives, services, and operating practices.
  • Works directly with senior and executive leadership to provide recommendations based on expertise in company directives and overarching strategy regarding contracting.
  • May interact with members and clients for high touch or escalated needs during the re-contracting process.
  • Works in the team queue as well as the e-mail box on a daily basis.
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Crosstrain in Performance Guarantees, Finance, and high-level Legal requirements, as well as anything further that may affect contracting.
  • Have a general understanding of our products and Federal regulations regarding them.

 

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum 7 years’ equivalent service experience in HealthCare, Finance, or Insurance Industries.
  • In-depth understanding of HealthEquity functionality, including knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Project management experience required
  • Can understand and interpret various data sources to drive key business decisions.
  • Demonstrates aptitude for superior interpersonal teaming and organization skills.
  • Ideal candidate is a quick learner, effective communicator, and must be technologically well informed.
  • Proficient and articulate in written and oral communication, particularly in providing detailed replication processes.
  • Confidence in advocating for contracting and renewal needs.
  • Identify risk and mitigate as appropriate.
  • Strong self-starter and self-motivator
  • Self-motivated to prioritize and deliver work based on broader company goals and strategy.
  • Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions related to all job duties.
  • Ability to multi-task and acute sense of time management.

Salary Range

$63500.00 To $95000.00 / year

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
