How you can make a difference
The Director, Marketing Operations is responsible for driving the planning, processes, infrastructure, operating systems and performance management for the Marketing department, working with teams that are part of Marketing (Digital/MarTech , Brand & Communications, and Engagement Programs), or closely aligned with Marketing (Sales, IT, Learning & Development and Finance/Expense Management). The marketing operations function touches all aspects of Enterprise Marketing and plays an integral role in its success, focusing on end-to-end process and project optimization that ranges from planning and budgeting to execution and analysis with continual focus on KPIs. This roles reports to the SVP, Chief Marking Officer

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
