How you can make a difference
The Implementation Manager II is responsible for the strategic organization and execution of all tactical tasks related to the implementation, including funding arrangements, plan design and technical integration associated with each deployment. This person should possess great cross-functional leadership and teamwork skills all the while providing exception customer service to internal and external clients. Using a consultative approach, this person will onboard our midsize clients, develop and document a plan design to meet their business requirements, create and maintain a formal project plan, and deliver on quality execution and employer satisfaction. This person will be required to move projects forward amidst ambiguous client expectations. This person will assist with the standardization of tools and processes used by the team and contribute to team trainings, documentation and lead departmental initiatives. The combination of product, program and system knowledge, interpersonal communication, social skills, a strong sense of initiative and drive to get the job completed will be critical.
