Overview

How you can make a difference  

As a Principal Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the strategy and execution for a major product line or portfolio. You’ll drive innovation, champion cross-functional collaboration, and help ensure our product vision aligns with what matters most to our members and partners. This is a high-impact, strategic role suited for someone who blends deep product management expertise with strong leadership and a bias for action. You’ll influence the direction of our products and coach others to grow in their craft—all while contributing to a mission that truly makes a difference.

 

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Define and lead the vision for a product line or portfolio that drives growth, member value, and business outcomes.
  • Shape and prioritize strategic initiatives that align to company goals and bring measurable results.
  • Guide cross-functional teams to bring compelling, customer-focused products to market.
  • Monitor market trends and uncover opportunities to better serve our members and partners.
  • Serve as a thought leader on the Product Review Board, advocating for both business and member needs.
  • Mentor fellow product managers and help build a strong, inclusive product culture.
  • Represent the product team in high-level strategy discussions and key business conversations.

 

 

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • 8–10 years in product management, with experience leading product strategy and driving innovation
  • Strategic mindset with a strong execution focus
  • Skilled at influencing stakeholders across all levels
  • Collaborative and inclusive leadership style
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Expertise in Agile and iterative product development
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller
  • Strong mentoring instincts and a passion for team development
  • Proven ability to turn customer insights into successful product outcomes

This is a remote position.

Salary Range

$133000.00 To $173,000.00/ year

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
