Overview

The Operations Processing Team is the front line of defense for HealthEquity. We are responsible for processes related to the distribution of documents throughout the company using our Document Management System and handling of physical incoming documents. Operations Processors will perform key, daily transactional operations such as opening and logging items received, importing data into internal systems, routing documents using our Document Management System to multiple departments, assisting with quality assurance and other ancillary tasks. It will be beneficial to have an understanding of IRS regulations related to contribution eligibility, annual limits and tax implications as well as familiarity with all types of deposits applicable to healthcare accounts. It is your responsibility to ensure that each process is covered and completed within the expected time frame. In addition to ensuring that the daily operational work is accomplished, you should be skilled at identifying where improvement is needed in system and processes. Assisting HealthEquity to become more efficient or improve quality in daily processing is a must. You must efficiently communicate the status of daily tasks and specific tasks/projects to management and call out critical issues as needed to ensure service levels and other expectations are met.

 

This is an on-site role at our Draper, Utah office location

Schedule start time is 8a, M-F, full time 40 hrs/wk

  • Process outgoing mail documents that members and employers have requested
  • Process incoming mail documents from members, companies and partners
  • Ensure that mail for other departments is delivered to their mailboxes (Finance, People Team, Executives, etc.)
  • Scan and route documents through our Document Management System
  • Close member HSA accounts through our Document Management System and CX
  • Place stop payments on checks that have been returned to HealthEquity or that members or clients have requested
  • Ensure accuracy with data entry into our systems through cross referencing and comparing system data sets
  • Be able to multitask with multiple systems
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will need to be successful

  • Able to work during business hours
  • 2 years previous experience in a professional office environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Highly motivated phenomenal teammate that is able to multitask through different systems
  • Previous experience in healthcare account administration a plus
  • Experience with clerical processing preferred
  • Accurate data entry / processing skills
  • Strong time leadership skills
  • Strong Organization skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced, and sometimes stressful environment
  • Overtime may be required depending on business need

Salary Range

$14.42 To $17.07 / hour
