How you can make a difference  

The Content Marketing Manager, B2B uses a deep understanding of key audiences to strategically create content that attracts, engages, and retains HealthEquity customers. Employer benefits are complex, so your job is to simplify industry topics and clarify the value HealthEquity provides. By combining your expertise with our brand positioning and voice, you will elevate our Marketing programs and campaigns, inspiring better benefits decisions and improving healthcare savings in America. 

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Develop campaign narratives and content strategies to increase awareness and deepen engagement with employers, brokers, and health plan partners. 
  • Incorporate HealthEquity value prop messaging and persona research into content creation, consistently producing audience-centric pieces that increase awareness and deepen engagement with key audiences.  
  • Craft compelling long-form content—including research reports, whitepapers, blogs, eBooks, and more—to establish HealthEquity as a trusted industry leader. 
  • Create impactful case studies that highlight client success stories and demonstrate tangible results achieved through HealthEquity products and partnerships. 
  • Lead the development of thought leadership pieces that elevate the voices of HealthEquity experts on trends in healthcare costs savings and employee financial security. 
  • Act as a strategic content advisor to B2B Marketing program leaders, ensuring alignment with the HealthEquity brand voice and consistent messaging across all channels. 
  • Direct agency partners, providing guidance to ensure a high level of brand consistency and content quality.  
  • Contribute to research and editorial calendar planning by integrating relevant research, policy developments, and emerging industry trends that shape competitive standing for HealthEquity.
  • Champion the HealthEquity brand, refining our editorial style guide to empower writers across the organization with best practices and ensuring polished, cohesive content at scale. 
  • Track your performance and measures success of campaigns. Seek to improve performance based on insights. 
  • Leverage AI ethically to increase efficiency and maximize consistency across content creation. 
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns and content assets, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results. 

 

 What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications or relevant experience  
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing roles 
  • Experience defining projects from ideation and taking them to completion  
  • Balances the needs of multiple relationships effectively 
  • Builds rapport in an open, friendly and accepting way  
  • Represents own interests while being fair to others in their areas 
  • Thoughtful in delivering feedback and graceful in receiving it  
  • Desire to test new ideas, iterate quickly and collaborate in a fast-paced environment 
  • Identifies information needed, while recognizing when a quick 80% solution will suffice 
  • Ability to distinguish between activity and productivity, and prioritize the latter 
  • Familiar with user personas and able to adapt copy for a variety of audiences

Salary Range

$96,500.00 To $123,000.00 / year
