We are seeking a proven, results-oriented in-house Executive Recruiter to drive the end-to-end search process for senior leadership and executive roles across our organization. In this highly visible role, you will partner directly with top executives to translate strategic business priorities into targeted search strategies that attract and secure exceptional leaders. Leveraging your expertise in executive search, market insights, and relationship management, you will identify, engage, and assess world-class talent while ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience. Your ability to influence, advise, and deliver will be instrumental in shaping the leadership team that propels our business forward.

 

Scope: 

 

The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for recruitment on director level to EVP level positions.  

 

Reporting Structure:

 

This role reports directly to the AVP, Talent Acquisition.

 

What you'll be doing:

 

  • Develop and execute a best-in-class executive search strategy, leveraging multiple channels to attract top-tier talent.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and senior leadership roles, from intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and sustain a strong pipeline of executive talent through direct sourcing, targeted networking, referrals, and advanced search tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM).
  • Assess candidates for cultural alignment, leadership effectiveness, and fit with company strategy and values.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring executives by providing market intelligence and guiding role definition, hiring criteria, and search approach.
  • Partner with People Business Partners (PBPs) and Leadership Development on executive-level succession planning initiatives.
  • Oversee and coordinate executive interview process, feedback loops, and candidate communications with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Report on search progress with clarity, providing data-driven updates and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company hiring policies.
  • Manage relationships with external search partners, including oversight of third-party engagements when required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of executive recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

What you will need to be successful:

 

  • Executive search adaptability and creativity: the ability to quickly master new functional domains and craft tailored, effective search strategies within them.
  • Exceptional communication skills: a compelling and influential communicator who can engage and earn the trust of busy senior executives.
  • Confidence and composure under pressure: able to think on your feet, maintain discretion, and manage highly confidential searches involving top leadership.
  • Intellectual curiosity: a natural drive to learn, explore, and deepen your understanding of the market, roles, and business context.
  • Collaborative spirit: a proven ability to partner effectively and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in executive recruiting, talent acquisition, or retained search, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of placing C-level and senior leadership candidates.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries or functions.
  • Familiarity with competency-based interviewing techniques and assessment tools.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational structures.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels.

Salary Range

$120,500.00 To $157,000.00/ year
