Overview

How you can make a difference  

We are seeking a Senior Workforce Strategist to help lead our enterprise AI and workforce transformation agenda. This role is responsible for shaping the future of work at HealthEquity, ensuring that our 3,000-person workforce is empowered, AI-enabled, and aligned to deliver on business strategy.

 

The Senior Workforce Strategist will partner with senior leaders across all Business Units to:

  • Define enterprise workforce strategies in the context of AI and digital transformation.
  • Develop workforce plans that anticipate role evolution, skill needs, and capacity shifts.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable talent strategies, with measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as a thought leader in workforce modernization and organizational design.

 

 

What you’ll be doing 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Workforce Strategy Design: Build enterprise-wide workforce strategies aligned to AI adoption, business growth, and future skills needs.
  • AI Transformation Integration: Partner with the Enterprise AI program team to align workforce strategy with automation, augmentation, and upskilling initiatives.
  • Enterprise AI Roadmap Development: Collaborate with senior leaders across to define requirements and build a multi-year enterprise AI roadmap that links business priorities, workforce shifts, and technology investments.
  • Leadership Enablement: Advise executives on workforce implications of AI adoption, including role design, change management, and reskilling.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define and track KPIs such as enablement and AI adoption rates.
  • Culture & Change Leadership: Drive messaging and programs that reinforce curiosity, growth, and responsible AI adoption.

 

What you will need to be successful

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, HR strategy, or related consulting.
  • Strong understanding of AI/automation trends and their workforce implications.
  • Experience in enterprise-wide transformation programs.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner at the senior leadership level.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development (preferred), Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly desired.

Salary Range

$99500.00 To $129,500.00 / year
