They are responsible for assisting production database operations, ensuring performance and scalability, high availability and disaster recovery, compliance and security of database servers. This role provides technical leadership within DBA team. They will also help other team members further their career development. What you’ll be doing - Installing, configuring, patching, and upgrading SQL Server database servers. Managing on-prem and cloud based (Azure preferred) database servers and services in PaaS and IaaS cloud solutions. - Provide high availability solutions for multiple database configurations. (SQL Server clustering/AlwaysOn Availability Groups.) - use extensive experience in disaster recovery solutions and best practices to create, maintain, and verify backups using native (SQL Server native) and 3rd party solutions. The successful Sr. Director is viewed as a strategic business partner that brings value to the partner at all levels of the organization via interactions with senior executives and product leaders.     What you’ll be doing    - Expand the number of Health Savings Accounts, Reimbursement Accounts, and custodial assets offered through our channel partners.  - Establish and maintain value-adding relationships with partners. - Demonstrate sales, marketing, industry, technical, and HSA expertise with partners to add value and promote growth and product differentiation. - Plan and execute regular partner meetings, trainings, and education to deliver program results. - Develop and monitor partner financial performance including renewal planning, negotiation and profitability levels. - Serve as the partner’s internal advocate. Ensure HealthEquity is delivering the service, support, and overall solution per the agreed upon terms and in a way that turns these partners into ambassadors of the HealthEquity brand. - Orchestrate sales opportunities for partner by bringing appropriate HealthEquity Sales people and Account Executives together with partner team to grow and retain business opportunities. - Deliver value in partner meetings by sharing relevant partner data and trends, through thoughtful analysis of opportunities, recommendations for growth, innovation and process improvements followed by delivery of commitments made by partner and HealthEquity during meetings to ensure real value is created.  - Partner with HealthEquity business teams to realize partner results while keeping the team informed on actionable market trends, partner needs and opportunities.  - Solve problems, recommend solutions, deal effectively with issues and concerns, adapt to a variety of personalities, communicate, collaborate, and inspire trust and confidence in each interaction. - Build reference-able relationships.  - Make interactions fun, engaging and meaningful.  What you will need to be successful     - 4 year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Proven 7+ year track record working with senior-level executives in client relationship management and consultation within the healthcare or finance industries to create value for key customers - 7+ years of strategic and consultative selling experience within the Insurance or Finance industry - Location: Remote - national reach - MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Presentation Skills including messaging and positioning information to meet and influence client needs - Working knowledge of employer benefits framework, consumer driven plan design, retirement plan admin and sales, retirement plan industry - Relationship management skills including negotiation, collaboration, and listening skills - A nature characterized as a self-starter, learner, and driver to get things done while building and strengthening relationships. Develop and improve processes in the Boomi AtomSphere platform, including integrations that push and pull data between enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, ServiceNow, ADP, EDW, core platforms, and other third-party applications.   What you’ll be doing    - Develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes between applications across the cloud and/or on-prem using Boomi AtomSphere platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration, and Enterprise web services APIs) - Sustaining, monitoring, and supporting existing enterprise application integrations and service-oriented architecture. - Build service oriented and discoverable web services and APIs - Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to define and resolve integration requirements - Function as an integration specialist for all systems within HealthEquity to support infrastructure and business needs. - Architect new, fully automated integration solutions with little or no guidance using a variety of middleware products as well as custom-built solutions using on-prem resources. - Solve issues with existing integrations. - Be a key member of project teams to implement new and upgrade existing integrations. - Collaborate with the business to improve processes through automated integrations. - Evaluate and implement best practices to ensure integration solutions are scalable and utilize current, relevant technology. - Analyze and refactor solutions as needed to improve functionality and maintain relevance. - Help track, monitor, and alert issues for all automated integration processes. - Participate in development planning sessions, and weekly team status meetings and create/update appropriate project management documentation as required. What you will need to be successful   - 4+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing Boomi based integrations/applications - Experience designing and maintaining integrations between on-prem/SaaS solutions like Salesforce.com, NetSuite, ADP, ServiceNow, EDW, etc. - Knowledge of .Net C# programming language is required. - Knowledge of API's Authentication Methods and business application knowledge. - Detailed understanding of REST, SOAP, Web services, and API Communication protocols SFTP, FTP, HTTP/S, File I/O, WAN, etc. - Ability to understand requirements from the end user, map them to the technical design and develop processes independently - Experience in crafting detailed design flows and solution proposals for the IT and business community - Knowledge of IT SDLC and SOX methodologies - Ability to work as part of an IT team with clear verbal and written communication. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and Information Systems or equivalent. #LI-Remote This is a remote position.
