Provide prompt coaching and feedback to team members pertaining to QAs. Attend Quality Calibration meetings. - Manage daily team activities; ADP, attendance, schedules, adherence exceptions, phone queues, etc… - Partner with WFM/Intraday to ensure that all Service Level commitments are delivered. - Provide on the spot (in the same day) feedback/coaching to team members. - Manage and work necessary cases within required OLA. - Take escalated calls as needed. - Engage in weekly and monthly team leader meetings. - Send and interpret weekly updates to team. We are CONNECTING HEALTH AND WEALTH. Come be part of remarkable.     How you can make a difference   With general direction and some latitude for independent judgment and discretion, this position defines and implements quality assurance processes and procedures for HealthEquity customer facing websites and back end applications.  This position develops; writes and implements test plans and test cases.  In addition, incumbents may develop scripts and participate in functional walkthroughs.  This role is responsible for creating and maintaining QA processes.     What you’ll be doing  -  Performs moderately complex functional, system, performance, data, integration, and regression/acceptance testing to support internal application websites, files and processes that enable the organization to deliver high-quality services to customers.  This includes testing of websites, files, scripts, and custom reports specific to client deliverables.    - Initiates the test planning process for assigned projects by participating from inception through implementation.  Participates in the entire Agile ScrumIteration, including requirements evaluation, test case development and execution, product readiness, defect status, and test results reporting.    - Searches for and investigates technical defects. Executes functional tests.  Reports detailed defect information, including steps to reproduce in the defect’s management tool.  - Works closely with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, dev managers, site reliability engineers, database developers, product support, and product managers to diagnose technical issues.  Identifies potential system limitations reports. If a test determines items are defective, identifies errors and notifies source to rectify and correct issues.  Upon receipt of corrected item, QA is re-run to verify corrective actions. Assist with UAT testing.  - Ensures that changes introduced in the production environment that affect any HealthEquity’ products and solutions have followed the proper QA process and meet HealthEquity’ quality standards.  - Works with other HealthEquity’ departments to triage field-reported issues to be addressed by the appropriate department.  Suggests improvements to methods, procedures and efficiencies that lead to better products and/or solutions.  - Working in a team environment, selects appropriate techniques to solve challenging problems.  Modifies or improves existing solutions by analyzing known procedures and applying novel techniques to determine appropriate actions.  - May assist with server setup and product configuration of the QA environment.
