They will be responsible for establishing and maintaining HealthEquity's overall cybersecurity risk management program, which is designed to ensure that the company’s technology systems and data are adequately protected. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for growing a team to identify, evaluate, and report on cybersecurity risks in a manner that meets HealthEquity's internal, regulatory, and client contract requirements. As a senior leader in the Security & Technology organization, the Director will work proactively with the various clients, business units, and internal organizations to implement practices that meet HealthEquity's defined policies and standards for information risk management. The Director is also a member of various governance, compliance, and incident response groups. The GRC team is responsible for providing oversight and governance over all cybersecurity related activities within HealthEquity and to ensure management awareness, metrics, and compliance posture of the cybersecurity environment    What you’ll be doing - Provide management oversight and serve as the leadership point of contact for the Security & Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance team - Take end-to-end ownership of cybersecurity-owned programs and related teams including security policies, metrics, risk and performance indicators, executive and board reporting, security integration and assessment of M&A and related ventures - Development of security risk management using continuous self-assessments and executive reporting, specifically NIST CSF and HIPAA Security - Provide continuous input to the CSO and help measure the cybersecurity risk posture of HealthEquity - Provide leadership and engage with lines of business to perform security assessments and ensure timely execution of projects and program while mitigating any security risks - Continuously evaluate cybersecurity controls to ensure effectiveness, compliance and adherence to key controls and policies and drive its remediation efforts - Develop staffing plan for, hire, mentor, coach, and train Security & Technology GRC staff - Work collaboratively with peer leaders to develop and execute governance and risk initiatives across multiple teams/functions and programs in order to ensure Security &Technology services are able to meet contractual and compliance obligations - Improve alignment between business, IT, and security organizations by developing coordinated GRC program components and performance measurements that directly support overall business objectives - Facilitate adoption of best-in-industry IT, Security, and other policies to remain in compliance with regulations with supporting implementations leveraging risk-based approaches appropriate for a growing public company - Oversee remediation, corrective action plans, and ongoing monitoring to address findings resulting from audits, assessments, compliance reviews, and self-identified issues - Drive optimization across functions as HealthEquity matures its cloud transformation - Manages and carries out the personnel actions for direct reports, including but not limited to hiring and scheduling; training and evaluating; coaching and managing performance; making salary, merit, or other compensation recommendations for team of direct reports; and making recommendations and/or taking corrective or disciplinary action as appropriate.   What you will need to be successful - 10+ years in running a cybersecurity GRC role or a related function - Bachelor's degree, MS/MBA preferred - Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, program portfolio management, application infrastructure, and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies - Significant experience with a public company compliance environment, including regulatory and industry standards such as PCI, SOX, GLBA, ISO standards, FFIEC exams, NIST framework, SSAE, HIPAA, and other regulatory regimes applicable to financial and healthcare services industries - Experience partnering with strategic support vendors to drive cost efficiency - Experience leading multiple teams and leaders – capable of motivating and managing organizations to deliver desired results - Experience with cloud cost optimization exercises and leading with data informed decisions - Expertise with compliance frameworks, such as: NIST, ISO standards, Privacy, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, SOX, HIPAA, PCI, GLBA, etc - Experience leading teams through complex, highly regulated processes - Ability to lead and influence at multiple levels of the organization

This role includes leading analysis efforts across our cyber, DLP, fraud, and privacy functions. This role will be a key contributor to developing detection, cyber intelligence, monitoring, and will provide operational oversight in one or more of these areas. The HealthEquity Risk & Security Team, led by the Chief Security Officer, is a converged security program with responsibility for information/cybersecurity, physical security, privacy, fraud, enterprise risk, and incident/crisis management. Success in the Account Executive Director position will be measured by account growth, client retention, revenue growth and personal development.   Account Executive Directors are expected to fully understand each client’s business and benefits framework strategy, Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDH) and Financial Well-being initiatives. To develop this comprehensive knowledge about your clients, the Account Executive Director is expected to have frequent client interactions at various levels of the client’s organization including senior leadership and the C-suite, as well as national consultant and brokers and health plan partner account teams.   What you’ll be doing - Expand the number of accounts (Health Savings and Reimbursement Accounts) and custodial assets for existing clients - Establish and maintain strong relationships with your clients and their consultant/broker and other vendor partners - Engage in consultative strategic activities with clients such as overall corporate and benefits strategies benefit plan review, CDH account adoption best practices, financial health - Plan and execute regular client meetings to deliver program results - Develop and monitor client financial performance including renewal planning, negotiation and profitability levels - Serve as the client’s internal advocate. Ensure HealthEquity is delivering the service, support, and overall solution per the agreed upon terms - Demonstrate marketing and technical expertise through client, broker and consultant meetings - Preparation for and participation in new business meetings and on-site visits (culture training, audits, etc) - Provide feedback to other HealthEquity business teams on market trends as represented by our clients - Ability to assess the approach, resources, and contacts needed to complete RFP's - Maintain a high level of healthcare industry knowledge as well as knowledge of your clients’ industry   What you will need to be successful - 4-year Bachelor’s degree or related experience - Proven track record of over 3+ years of working with senior-level executives for client relationship management and consultation within the Insurance or Finance industry in the Enterprise / Commercial Accounts space (2,500+ employees) - 3+ years of strategic and consultative selling experience within the Insurance or Finance industry - MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Presentation Skills including messaging and positioning information to meet and influence client need    - Strong working knowledge of employer benefits framework and plan design - Expert relationship management skills including negotiation, collaboration, and listening skills - Ability to work as part of a team and individually - Problem Solving - Significant travel required (up to 50% of your time) - Familiarity with Health Insurance Industry and all types of Health Accounts   Location:  Position will be Remote U.S.
