The Senior People Business Partner is responsible for building strong relationships with business leaders to systematically drive performance excellence, strategic planning, and the design and execution of people and organizational design solutions and initiatives. Initiative areas may include, but are not limited to organizational effectiveness, team member engagement and leadership enablement.
What you’ll be doing
- The Sr People Business Partner’s role Is deeply integrated within the organization, needing an in-depth understanding of respective department(s) by participating in executive’s team meetings and other business leadership meetings
- Provides ongoing, proactive and intentional development of strategic BP skill set, with an emphasis on business acumen, networking & relationship building, strategic mindset, proactive consultative approach, data driven decision making and change & project management
- Schedules regular 1x1’s with senior leaders to achieve business results through people
- Acts as a mentor to other Business Partners and Generalists
- Partner with People team centers of excellence to support initiatives such as engagement, compensation, leadership development, talent management, etc.
- Leverages system data for senior leaders to support business decisions and track the impact of People team programs
- Support compensation decisions related to adjustments, promotions, bonus and merit increases, and overall job architecture
- Provide coaching for senior leaders or coordinate with external executive coaches
- Consistently challenges status quo utilizing change management and influencing skills sets. Taking initiative to improve the people elements within the respective client group over time.
- Responsibility for executing more complex cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Partners with HealthEquity Corporate groups and other support functions that may include (FP&A, Decision Support, HRIS, Generalists, Talent Partners, Finance, Legal) aligned to your business to provide remarkable service
- Use best judgement to communicate relevant business updates to peers, leaders, other members of the People team, etc.
- Responsibility for leading Team Member Relations Consultants and support People Generalists on escalated team member relation issues. Takes lead on senior leader team member relations and investigations.
- Consistently models and cultivates HealthEquity values and culture by supporting company-wide programs
Location: Remote
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience, including experience supporting executives and senior leaders.
- Certification in HR or advance degree is required
- Experience leading people is preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional projects of moderate complexity is required
- Knowledge and experience in the following areas is required; business acumen, relationship building, strategic HR, data analysis, change management
- Ability to take a proactive consultative approach with leaders at all levels, identifying appropriate People team solutions as needs arise
- Working knowledge of key HR practice areas such as compensation, talent management, learning and development, etc.
- Ability to deliver remarkable service in difficult and ambiguous circumstances
- Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and deliver in a moderate to high stress environment with competing deadlines
- Prior acquisition and integration experience are desired
Travel
Occasional travel to attend training or meetings may be required. Moderate travel is required (20-30%).

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Architect to join our team. This position works closely with Engineering, UX, Product and Architecture to lead the design and implementationof enterprise web applications.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the architectural decisions around code organization, tooling, and processes for frontend application development
- Manage thelifecycle offrontendframeworks, libraries, and tooling
- Work closely with engineering teams to implement software features
- Define, document, and communicate the strategy and roadmap for modernizing existing web applications
- Collaborate with engineering teams, leaders, UX, and product to champion best practices and communicate architectural vision
- Mentor and coachother engineers to create a culture of softwareexcellence
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years ofexperience working as a software engineer with a focus on frontend development
- 5+ years in a tech-lead or architect capacity designing and implementing enterprise web applications
- Deep knowledge of frontend technologies includingJavaScript, TypeScript, CSS/SASS, HTML, SPAs, Responsive Layout, Reactive Programming
- Deep knowledge and application ofsoftware design principles and patterns
- Experience writing software in a .NET environment using C#, ASP.NET, Razor/Blazor, Typescript, Angular and ReactJS
- Experience optimizing the performance of webbased applications
- Experience with templating systems such as AngularCLI, NX templates, Swagger.
- Experience designing Azure Cloud applications working with APIs in a microservice environment
- Experience designing for security and compliance including Authentication, Authorization, RBAC,CORS, 508 Compliance, and web application security riskse.g., OWASP
- Experience working with relational and document data storage solutions; Preference for Microsoft SQL and MongoDB
- Experience working in event driven systems. Preference for NServiceBus, Azure Service Bus, and Azure EventGrid
- Ability to coach and mentor others across multiple teams
