The core responsibilities this role will be to sell HealthEquity’s core products in a defined region. This is inclusive of prospect identification, pipeline development and contract closing for distribution into HealthEquity’s current partner base and direct to employers. This role supports small, medium and large groups (with 2-4,999 US Based Employees).   We are CONNECTING HEALTH AND WEALTH. Come be part of remarkable.   How you can make a difference    In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining engaging learning activities and course content that supports the mission and vision of both the People Development Team and Health Equity. Learning Experience Designers work on a flexible team and create learner-centered, online/classroom learning experiences. They work closely with internal subject matter experts and leaders to improve our Team Members’ skills and capabilities.  This position will create products with that require a basic understanding of Instructional design and adult learning.   What you’ll be doing  - Develop moderate sized scope instructional materials including facilitator/participant guides, power points, and handouts, applying solid instructional design skills and effective learning principles. Engage students in the learning process, encourage participation, and meet the requirements of the adult learner. - Interact with SMEs (subject matter experts) and other project team members to create and design interactive content within scope and schedule. - Collaborate with the Learning Consultants to assess learning needs and develop quality interactive training experiences and/or blended learning outcomes (such as e-learning, videos and podcasts) for corporate-wide implementation. - Review and revise existing content to create training programs to meet stakeholder needs, expectations, and requirements. - Take responsibility for projects and follow through to completion with moderate need for direct supervision and works closely with Learning Experience Design manager to achieve objectives. - Utilize proven techniques to create basic, scalable learning content and assessments for new/existing programs in a variety of contexts and subjects, using software applications/tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, e-learning software, screen capture software and Microsoft office suite. - Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to support projects from initiation to project delivery. - Identify and achieve desired success metrics based on assigned project. (survey results, completion, pass rates, etc)   What you will need to be successful - Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years experience with coursework in instructional systems, instructional design, adult learning theory, training and development, or performance technology - 1+ years’ experience in design and development of instructional material in a corporate setting - Formal certification in Instructional Design or ISD, or related skills preferred. - Deep knowledge of adult learning theories and their application   - Experience with authoring tools (such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, etc.), Powerpoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite.  - Experience creating storyboards, course outlines and learning objectives to measure success and final product. Key responsibilities will include queue monitoring, attendance tracking, meeting service level agreements, and preparation of daily reports. The ideal candidate will be able to find creative solutions to support the service center and enable them to provide best in class service experience.   What you’ll be doing - Lead a team of Workforce Analysts to support all Member, Client, and Broker service centers in all locations, as well as other teams within the company, to achieve goals, optimize service outcomes, and adhere to budgets. - Review operations to ensure the optimum use of workforce management tools and technology, resources and business routines as established to ensure standardization and consistency. This may be accomplished through the identification and analysis of problems from root cause analysis through strategy development and execution. - Recommend ways to enhance and improve key metrics and efficiencies to the business. - Analyze and adjust staffing needs by monitoring activities and trends. - Develop and drive strategic initiatives to support and meet business goals. - Manage processing of time off requests including PTO and VTO across all Member, Client, and Broker service centers in all locations. - Solve complex problems/issues through extensive investigation and analysis. - Administer and maintain our workforce management system related to queue management. - Develop short and long-term objectives and plans for Workforce Management. - Create a positive work environment that fosters successful team performance and development. What you will need to be successful - Knowledge of workforce management, or a closely related field as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree - The ability and skill to create effective staffing for the service center as normally obtained through a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Workforce Management with specific experience in queue management. Experience should include current knowledge of service center best practices. This is a regular, full time position and will be remotely based. This position also involves project management and requirements gathering. Working within established guidelines this position performs day-to-day interaction with CRM software to fulfill requests for internal parties.     What you’ll be doing - Own the client and partner custom report request intake process from the Enterprise Service Delivery, Relationship Management, Operations, Member and Client Service teams - Translate business report requests into workable and actionable requests for the Corporate Reporting team by correcting any issues, eliminating unnecessary information, and adding omitted or incomplete information and clarifying unclear items with stakeholders - Act as a liaison between Corporate reporting and Ops or Service Delivery teams through clear, concise, and professional communication methods - Verify reportaccuracy written by the reporting team prior to ensure they provide adequate information and address report request prior to posting to the live environment.  Addressing concerns with Corporate Reporting if reports do not met request needs. - Partner with Corporate Reportingto manage the library of reports, including identifying redundant reports. - Capture business requirements from internal and external customers. - Identify reporting gaps or potential improvements and participate in the creation of business requirements related to service delivery process improvement. - Communicate process changes and updates across operations departments and teams. - Create process documentation and support process rollout and training as needed. - Maintain the definition document and ensure the library of reports is streamlined while providing the data needed by customers. - Create and run reportsfrom the various reporting locations including CRM, servers, or other database areas. - Update data in a CRM system for internal and external facing processes.       What you will need to be successful EDUCATION:    Knowledge of business intelligence reporting or a closely related field as normally obtained through the completion of a High School Diploma.  Completion of a Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or Operations is preferred.  WORK EXPERIENCE OR RELATED EXPERIENCE:    Minimum of 2 years experience working with business intelligence reporting with high volumes of complex data in a corporate environment    Minimum of 2 years of experience with business to business and internal reporting. Specific experience or interaction with relational database reporting concepts is essential.     The ability to document and gather complex report requirements and experience with navigating incomplete requests and resolving communication and request errors with stakeholders.    The ability to manage projects as normally obtained through a minimum of 2 years of experience in gathering requirement and managing small projects. Experience with and working towards a Project Management Professional Certification is preferred.     Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is preferred.    The ability and skill to interact with a CRM tools such as Salesforce and Oracle Service Cloud as normally obtained through a minimum 2 years of experience.
