In addition, the Director Financial Operations will be a strong people leader who can effectively navigate complex and ambiguous situations, build team unity during times of change, and instill confidence throughout Operations. This position oversees high volume of billing, transactions, reconciliation, analytics, dashboard reporting, internal controls, and audit findings.   What you’ll be doing  - Provide direction to the Financial Operations team, establishing major functional roles, courses of action, and tactical programs that are aligned with strategic objectives.  Provides leadership in the definition and establishment of standards, internal control mechanisms, key performance measures, and standard operating procedures. - Responsible for ensuring team service levels are consistently met and that teams have the tools, knowledge, and resources required to meet client, member, and partner needs.  Directs the processes and activities of the Financial Operations teams, which includes but is not limited to, the monitoring and tracking of funding from clients for consumer driven benefits.  - Works closely with Finance and Internal Audit to ensure that any regulatory/compliance and financial obligations are met through Financial Operations processes and procedures.
