Team members within Member Service are valued and respected as they are equipped with the knowledge to assist and deliver exceptional service and education to each member.    The Member Service team is staffed 24/7 which allows members to call at their convenience. Member Services team members build strong, lasting relationships with members by understanding their needs and concerns. This team takes the lead in providing a delightful experience for every person who contacts HealthEquity via our service center.   Our training class begins Monday, November 8th. This is a regular, full time position and will be remotely based in Texas, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Kentucky or Indiana. With minimal supervision and significant latitude for independent judgment and discretion, this position oversees all aspects of the enterprise client implementation process from initiation to transition.  The Implementation Manager III works to ensure a positive client experience during implementation.  Implementation assignments include all product offerings across platforms with a focus on large and complex clients that require value-added consulting services.  The Implementation Manager III works collaboratively with internal and external customers to deliver quality projects within the specified timeline and scope defined.  This position requires mentoring peers and engaging in special projects as assigned by leadership.   What you’ll be doing  - Lead internal scoping calls to identify client nuances, requirements and contractual commitments. - With a proactive and consultative approach, manage the implementation of new and existing enterprise client projects and work to ensure client satisfaction. - Cultivate the client relationship in the implementation phase by setting and managing expectations in the implementation lifecycle. Communicate thoroughly and effectively with the client, specifically focusing on client responsiveness. - Assess and evaluate client needs for initial scope of project and develop project specifications and objectives based on the assessment. Review of agreement records to ensure contractual commitments are met during the implementation lifecycle. - Prepare and maintain project plans and client-facing communications including - but not limited to - project timelines, schedules, agendas and training plans. - Monitor project deliverables and progress through the duration of the project plan and manage deviations as appropriate, including project scope. - Consult with the client to develop communications strategy and coordinate the delivery of materials. - Confirm configuration of the system(s) as defined in the project scope and specifications to meet the client’s needs. Oversee review of partner files, file layouts and data setup.  Coordinate and participate in technical implementation calls. - Lead internal team of product subject matter experts and assigned internal department contacts to ensure success in all areas of implementation. Work closely with internal partners (Sales, Client Services, Financial Operations, Card Operations and Fulfillment, Product and Development) to ensure client-specific requirements are executed. - Serve as central point of contact in the implementation phase and routinely relay project information to management and key stakeholders including, but not limited to, risk assessments and executive summaries. Proactively identify factors jeopardizing the project and escalate issues to management as appropriate. - Manage multiple projects, tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. - Develop and maintain product and system knowledge, attend and conduct internal and external training sessions, review enhancement and defect-resolution software release information to maintain current knowledge and understanding of Company products and services. As a Product Owner  You will work cross functionally with technology, sales, marketing, operations, and product development on roadmapping and launch strategies. You will play a key role in defining product capabilities and how to satisfy real-world customer needs. In addition to delivering value to our external users, you will be responsible to support our service delivery teams. This focus on service delivery extends to finding ways to build self-service capabilities into our applications and solutions. You will be the primary connection between strategic product leaders and product capabilities needed to achieve outcomes. Passion about understanding market drivers and proactively aligning them to user scenarios and product capabilities.   What you’ll be doing   - Collaborate with Product Managers to understand the market demands, priorities, and overall product strategy - Work with one or more engineering teams to deliver timely, quality releases that provide high business value and exceed customer expectations - Work closely with the Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define, prune and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with changing business needs - Collaborate with technical engineering leadership to ensure key architectural roadmap items are represented in the product backlog - Become the primary source for user story details and priorities for your team and stakeholders - Work with your team and Product Managers to build, document, and accept user stories based on well-defined acceptance criteria - Partner with internal stakeholders to define and execute comprehensive plans for customer Beta programs - Support the effort in gathering and breaking down feature requirements into deliverable product increments - Collaborates with the team(s) to define release scope, overall design approach, and delivery plan What you will need to be successful   - Knowledge of creation of software products or a closely related field as normally obtained through the completion of a High School Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in computer or business related field. - The ability and skill to be a PO as described is normally obtained through a minimum 1 year experience in business requirements of agile Product Ownership. Experience should include flow modeling, Stakeholder knowledge extraction and sharing. Experience in user stories process flow is preferred.
