You will be responsible to manage and coordinate new and existing client implementations for HSA Accounts, Reimbursement Accounts and Retirement Plan Provider solutions. Onboarding Specialists are often the first HealthEquity Operational contact our clients encounter, and you set the stage for successful engagement!   What you’ll be doing   - Managing and coordinating new and existing client implementations; being the conduit between the client, their broker, HealthEquity Sales, and several internal HealthEquity teams. - Acting as the primary contact for all issues and opportunities throughout the onboarding process. Provide ongoing updates for groups in onboarding as well as consulting with internal teams, health plans, brokers and sales to find the optimal solutions when necessary for groups to have a successful experience with HealthEquity - Clearly communicate processes, deliverables and next steps with employer groups, brokers, and health plan contacts to set realistic expectations and timelines - Developing great working relationships with internal team members and building ongoing relationships with health plan contacts and brokers to provide the best possible client experience - Collaborate internally and externally to build the foundation for understanding the functions of multiple internal teams and processes as well as external expectations that may affect the onboarding of a group. - Being a subject matter expert about the onboarding process as well as HealthEquity products, services and systems, specifically related to HSA, Reimbursement Accounts and Retirement Plan Provider solutions. Projects will span product lines, and the Implementation Manager I works collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver quality projects within the specified timeline and scope defined.   This position provides centralized support to geographically diverse locations. This position typically reports to a Manager or Director of Implementation Services. At times, the Implementation Manager I may also receive direction from more senior implementation management team members. The nature of the work entails that team members collaborate and work closely with implementation project team members.    How you can make a difference   With limited direction, this position works with Oracle packages, procedures and data objects to identify and correct data issues and system defects.  In addition, this position involves writing complex SQL queries, scripts and stored procedures to support custom reporting requests, data integrity issues and process automation for large Oracle database applications.  This role is also responsible for monitoring core process jobs and responding to issues outside normally scheduled business hours on a scheduled rotation. This position typically performs work at a WageWorks site and reports to a Supervisor or Manager of Data Integration Services or another leader with responsibility for data integration.         What you’ll be doing   - Responds to technical issues to provide support for escalated non–repetitive data issues. Analyzes, identifies and resolves data issues by creating complex scripts to resolve data conditions and anomalies in an efficient and effective manner that is in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). - Monitors job results, diagnoses problems and provides fixes. They are the primary contact for issues regarding data integration. They are the Business-to-Business contact for our integrated partners. The role was created primarily as a shortcut so that there could be a peer within HealthEquity on the technical/business analyst level at our partner companies that was capable of directly resolving issues with the data feed.  Your passion must be in fixing what's broken, developing an understanding of downstream dependencies, motivated to streamline complex processes, and for "getting things right."   What you’ll be doing   Data Operations/Partner Support - Be the primary point of contact for partners/employers in assigned book of business. - Orchestrate and coordinate work being done for your partners by Associate and Senior Operations Analysts or other departments. - Oversee correlation monitoring, ensure their partners/employers issues are getting documented and issues are reported and resolved in a timely manner. - Contact Partners/Employers when files didn't arrive as expected. - Follow ITIL workflow standards and prioritize work following said standards. - Set up file movers, and maintain existing movers. - Track SSO/Web Service certificate expiration and update expiring certs. Problem-Solving - Resolve beginner level correlation and data issues. - Develop basic SQL and XML skills in order to find, understand, and resolve correlation and data issues. - Read/understand C# to see how/why code is manipulating data in systems. - Conduct file mapping testing to determine root cause of error. Reporting/Querying - Provide ad hoc information to employers/partners for the purpose of issue resolution. Engineering Support - Act as primary point of contact for technical issues and work with product owners/engineers to resolve complex technical issues. - Participate with Data Operations-related projects as subject matter expert. Education & Improvement - Create & improve Policy & Procedure for processes their role owns. - Train interdepartmental employees on how HealthEquity’s systems work, specifically Data Operations systems and responsibilities. - Stay current on data exfiltration prevention and play an active role in securing HealthEquity data. - Acquire experience that make resolutions more timely, and relationships more solid. What you will need to be successful   The data operations analyst is expected to be as personable as they are smart; able to speak on technical subjects with both technical and non-technical personnel alike. Applicants should preferably have a BS degree with preference given to information systems, mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting, or economics majors, or, equivalent work experience (2-3 years) and a minimum of two years or 60 credit hours from an accredited institution toward one of the aforementioned degrees. In addition to educational requirements applicants should also have the following qualifications:   One of these experience requirements: - 1+ years of experience as an analyst, in information systems, product development, healthcare operations, or financial services with experience in business to business interaction, file-mapping/ETL or other implementations, process improvement, or other data operations. This position acts as a liaison ensuring consistent communication of status of projects is conveyed across the organization.       What you’ll be doing   - Contributes to project vetting and definition at the time of project conception. This includes capacity and resource planning and scope validation. Requires follow up with business owners for clarification and definition of intended scope. May require engaging vendor management and finance if budget expenditure is required. - Develops project charter that includes specifications and objectives from initiation to delivery for complex projects. This entails interfacing with organizational leaders to define scope to meet objectives, develop project schedules, and develop capacity and resource requirements. - Drives project progress throughout the life cycle of the project in addition to preparing, maintaining and updating project plans, agendas and systems set-up for projects. Our team is responsible for driving scalable architecture, minimizing risks, providing visibility across a multitude of environments, systems and applications while using lean principles at scale in a fast-paced environment. You'll contribute to the design and documentation of systems, in collaboration with scrum teams, looking for opportunities to automate away waste.
