How you can make a difference   We are looking for a motivated information security professional to fill a role as a Senior Risk Analyst.   This role serves a critical function by ensuring HealthEquity adequately meets the complex security requirements of key government clients so risk to HealthEquity is minimized. The Senior Risk Analyst role is responsible for the oversight of the security compliance program. The role requires significant technical depth and will be the primary point of contact between the HealthEquity Risk and Security Department, client services and IT teams, as well as clients. The Senior analyst must possess a firm understanding of government contracts and programs. Duties will include extensive interaction with IT and Technical Security to ensure compliance with security requirements, and driving regular meetings with the client team to ensure infosec related inquiries are addressed in a timely manner In addition, this role will be responding to the client regarding specific security and IT questions and communicating results. The role requires a firm understanding of information security frameworks, including FISMA, FIPS-199, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, FFIEC, and PCI.   This position reports to the VP for Partner and People Security. Responsibilities - Interaction with key HealthEquity partners - Ensure IT solution implementations align with enterprise security standards, policies and procedures as well as unique client requirements - Partner with technology and security leads to understand environments and identify strategic plans and solutions that deliver the highest levels of security - Reporting and communication of assessment results and recommendations - Tracking of HQY remediation activities for client reporting - Reassessment of critical assessments on a periodic basis - Escalation of security issues where appropriate - Ensure IT solution implementations align with enterprise security standards, policies and procedures - Providing support for audit inquiries - Responding to client assessment questionnaires - Coordinating any on-site assessment that might be performed by clients - Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with Information Technology and Risk and Security stakeholders What you will need to be successful  - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related technical field. This role provides support to managing third party relationships and obtaining the necessary data from third parties (operations partners) to assess their security posture. The analyst will assist business users with the intake process to gauge the initial 3rd party risk profile and then assign various questionnaires based on criticality. Duties will include managing a questionnaire-based process and tool requiring the assessment and scoring of critical Operations partners. Operations Partners will be measured against various frameworks, including NIST, FFIEC, and PCI. Further, this position will be responsible for the successful operation of accounting controls to ensure SOX compliance.  Successful candidates will be detail oriented, able to learn quickly, and able to adapt to change. The ability to productively work on cross-functional teams is also a must. Successful candidates will also have the ability to use continuous improvement in accounting process flow creation and documentation. Projects will span product lines, and the Implementation Manager I works collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver quality projects within the specified timeline and scope defined.   This position provides centralized support to geographically diverse locations. Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the team member’s performance objectives as outlined. - Cultivate the client relationship in the implementation phase by setting and managing expectations. - Consult with clients to manage expectations and ensure products meet client needs. - Serve as central point of contact in the implementation phase and routinely relay project information to management and key stakeholders. - Communicate thoroughly and effectively with clients, specifically focusing on responsiveness. - Assess and evaluate client needs for initial scope of project and develop project specifications and objectives based on the assessment. - Prepare and maintain project plans and client-facing communications including - but not limited to - project timelines, schedules, agendas and training plans. - Monitor project deliverables and progress through the duration of the project plan and manage deviations as appropriate, including project scope. - Consult with clients to develop communications strategy and coordinate the delivery of materials. - Configure the system as defined in the project scope and specifications. - Conduct presentations, webinars and conference calls during the implementation phase to orientate new partners, collaborate with contacts and train contacts on systems and processes. - Work closely with internal partners (Customer Service, Financial Operations, Card Operations, Product Support, and Product Development) to ensure client-specific requirements are executed. - Proactively identify factors jeopardizing the project and escalate issues to management as appropriate. - Manage multiple projects, tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. - Develop and maintain product and system knowledge, attend and conduct internal and external training sessions, review enhancement and defect-resolution software release information. - Assist other team members with client implementations and project tasks. What you will need to be successful - Knowledge of the benefits industry, specifically pre-tax benefits and COBRA, is preferred. - Strong communication skills, written and verbal, professionalism and ability to work with all levels of the organization. - Positive attitude and demonstration of flexibility in project management approach to meet client needs. - Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and problem solve. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, and successfully work under time constraints. - Excellent organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate, plan, monitor and manage projects as described. - Project management training or certification is optimal.    How you can make a difference   With limited direction, this position works with Oracle/Microsoft packages, procedures and data objects to identify and correct data issues and system defects.  In addition, this position involves writing complex SQL queries, scripts and stored procedures to support custom reporting requests, data integrity issues and process automation for large Oracle database applications.  This role is also responsible for monitoring core process jobs and responding to issues outside normally scheduled business hours on a scheduled rotation. This position acts as a liaison ensuring consistent communication of status of projects is conveyed across the organization.       What you’ll be doing   - Contributes to project vetting and definition at the time of project conception. This includes capacity and resource planning and scope validation. Requires follow up with business owners for clarification and definition of intended scope. May require engaging vendor management and finance if budget expenditure is required. - Develops project charter that includes specifications and objectives from initiation to delivery for complex projects. This entails interfacing with organizational leaders to define scope to meet objectives, develop project schedules, and develop capacity and resource requirements. - Drives project progress throughout the life cycle of the project in addition to preparing, maintaining and updating project plans, agendas and systems set-up for projects. Our team is tasked with identifying, prioritizing and cataloging incidents and requests, as well as providing them the technology to do their jobs in the most effective and secure way possible.      This positoin is a 2nd Shift: 4pm-12am   What you’ll be doing   - Communicate known problems/fixes to team members, submitting knowledge solutions and documenting procedures and best practices - Responsible for researching and solving IT endpoint hardware problems/issues - Responsible for the creation of the Corporate Desktop/Laptop Image to be used across the different makes/models in our environment - Responsible for the Corporate Operating System upgrade cycle, including the development of IT process and procedures behind keeping machines current - 24/7 on-call duty may be required - Support of Company iPhone and Android handheld devices - Be an escalation for the SD Team, which includes being willing to assist when a clear solution is not apparent, or help is needed - Project work must be approved and sanctioned by IT Leadership to ensure its in line with current initiatives and needs of the IT Department/Company - Training of Service Desk personnel in Technical and Customer Service aptitude - Testing and verification of software and hardware patching within pilot groups as determined - Other duties as assigned What you will need to be successful - A minimum of 3 years previous IT experience, or equivalent - Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a peer-oriented small team environment with minimal supervision - Expert knowledge in MS Windows OS, Enterprise Driver Packages and .CAB files, Sysprep, Registry, Windows ADK Toolkit, WinPE and PXE - Experience administering MS Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WDS, Group Policy and network shares a plus - Basic understanding of Installation and Configuration of ESXi and virtual machines in general - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Platforms such as Intune, Azure and Conditional Access in relationship to imaging and maintaining compliance with defined standards in device lifecycle - Basic Network administration and troubleshooting - Be comfortable in learning and tackling project utilizing unfamiliar technologies - iOS technical support and working knowledge preferred - Intermediate MAC Knowledge (macOS) - Extensive Hardware Knowledge Required (CompTIA A+ Certification preferred) - Expert level troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Eagerness to be engaged and progress in a fast-paced IT career - Self-Motivated and internally driven to think outside the box Benefits and perks   - Medical, Dental, Vision - 401(k) match - Paid Maternity/Paternity leave - Purple with Purpose (paid volunteer time off) - HSA contribution and match - Award winning Wellness Program - Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) education Why work for HealthEquity HealthEquity has a vision that by 2030 we will make HSAs as wide-spread and popular as retirement accounts. We are passionate about providing a solution that allows American families to connect health and wealth and build health savings for life.
