We need someone who has the desire, skills and passion to make a direct impact on the success of our industry-leading Health Savings Account products and services.     What you’ll be doing - interact and communicate professionally in an advanced verbal and written form with internal and external clients, vendors and third-party administrators. This includes, but is not limited to, creating meeting agendas, hosting/facilitating meetings, managing the flow of information between groups or departments to ensure issues are resolved effectively, collaborating and coordinating with other IT groups and business units to support efforts to maintain data integrity, and educates clients and vendors on issues to facilitate communications. - Analyzes, identifies and resolves data conditions and anomalies in an efficient and effective manner by utilizing Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle scripts. - Creates detailed mapping plans to implement inbound or outbound participant file feeds (including eligibility, enrollment, and payroll information).  This includes collaboration with a third-party vendor, developing an implementation plan, testing files (Quality Assurance) and moving to production. - Produces written specifications to capture business process requirements for proposed solutions. The Sr. Implementation Manager works to ensure a positive client experience during implementation. The Sr. Implementation Manager works collaboratively with internal and external customers to deliver quality projects within the specified timeline and scope defined.   Reporting Structure & Work Setting   This position provides centralized support to geographically diverse locations. This position typically reports to a Manager or Director of Implementation Services.   The nature of the work entails that incumbents significantly collaborate and work closely with implementation project team members. This includes cross-functional departments as well as clients. This position also provides accounting and project management support to the Finance department   What you’ll be doing   - Prepares, distributes and reports the Company’s payroll including but not limited to the calculation of wages, overtime, benefit deductions and other deductions to ensure compliance with federal and applicable state laws. Performs work in such a manner to ensure that payments are accurate and timely. - Run interface with the time keeping system and review system reports for completeness and accuracy. Contact supervisors for any timecard corrections or approvals. - Prepares or directs the accurate and timely preparation and distribution of various reports. This includes but is not limited to providing leadership with status reports and other information to forecast payroll, cash needs and benefits requirements. This also includes providing timely and accurate information for mandatory government reports. - On an ongoing basis, reviews team member data reports, including master file, YTD totals, and file amendments for complete and consistent information. Collaborates with the HR department to address and resolve red flags where the accuracy of information is questionable. - Enters payroll journal entries and performs account reconciliations ensuring that information is processed in a timely and accurate manner and as per the close schedule. - Responds to team members’ and managers’ payroll and timecard related questions and inquiries in a manner that supports the organization’s culture of open communications and drive for excellence in customer service. - Perform various administrative tasks such as copying, filing, faxing, data entry, report production, and mailing of paychecks    What you will need to be successful   - A thorough knowledge of payroll administration is required to perform the essential functions. Incumbents must be familiar with the regulatory environment entailed with payroll administration as well as ethical practices and procedures. Must understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits. - Incumbents should be able to deal with external stakeholders and internal team members with whom this position interfaces in a friendly, courteous, timely and professional manner. This requires an understanding of our organization's mission, vision, values, strategy, objectives, and risks. We consider the risk management priorities, regulatory environment, and diverse needs of critical stakeholders including executive management, the board, team members, and shareholders.   What you’ll be doing Under general supervision from the SVP of Audit and Risk Management, the director of IT Internal Audit will be responsible for preparing and implementing a risk-based audit plan to assess, report on, and make suggestions for improving the company’s key operational and technology activities (including governance and risk management) and internal controls. Additionally, the position is responsible for identifying and assisting in documenting existing Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs), recommending new internal controls, and establishing an internal monitoring function to audit the company’s compliance with such internal controls. The position will have a key role in assessing the Company’s compliance with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Reporting to the Vice President of Joint Security Operations (JSOC), the Senior Detection & Response Analyst will perform hands-on analysis, detection, response, and forensics. He/she will be a key contributor to the security operations program in safeguarding information systems and assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security events and incidents. The HealthEquity Risk & Security Team, led by the Chief Security Officer, is a converged security program with responsibility for information/cybersecurity, physical security, privacy, fraud, enterprise risk, and incident/crisis management.
