The role will be focused on monitoring trends in proposal win rates relative to fees presented, simplifying routines for pricing approvals, and proactively recommending tactics to improve business results. The role will also supervise and develop a direct report who is responsible for analysis, review, and approval of pricing proposals received from Sales and Relationship Management teammates, as well as proactively recommending alternative strategies likely to generate successful outcomes.  The role will work closely with partners in Finance, Sales & Relationship Management, and peers in the Corporate Development and Sales Strategy organizations.   What you’ll be doing   - Lead the Pricing Strategy function: coordinating activities individually, within the team, and across partners that will drive positive results for HealthEquity and it’s partners. - Deliver analyses to understand client fee sensitivity and price floor/ceilings in the marketplace: study the role of fees offered in win/loss trends across client segments and products, using Excel and PowerPoint data visualizations to bring stories to life. Deliver summaries of market trends on a recurring, potentially quarterly, basis - Identify and execute process improvements related to pricing approvals: including but not limited to refinements of colleague authorities, CRM based processes, and profitability based decision rules - Proactively recommend frameworks tactics to improve business results: strategies to prepare well in advance of client renewal negotiations for business priced above/below peers, how to approach complex (more costly) client implementations, rationalize and evolve fee arrangements across 100+ institutional partnerships. Problems faced are often complex and may require extensive investigation and analysis.  - Supervise and develop a direct report who is primarily focused on review and approval/denial of individual pricing proposals, ensuring our Sales and Relationship Management leaders are prepared to profitably and competitively present our value proposition.  - Lead cross functional leadership dialogs, working teams, and committees relating to fee management - Collaborate with teammates at multiple levels of leadership to drive operational efficiencies across partner, account, and sales teams; work closely with Finance to optimize pricing strategies. The Analyst will stay informed about new fraud risk trends and write new rules to address shifts in fraud trends in order to to protect the organization while maintaining a positive member experience. The Service Delivery Manager III manages inquiries regarding the administration of HealthEquity’s products. They are responsible for building trust and rapport with our valued clients. They support day-to-day operational functions. Their goal is to help clients understand the products and services offered to members. Additionally, the Service Delivery Manager III will improve client loyalty through flawless execution. This role engages clients from onboarding through ongoing service management.   What you’ll be doing - Initiate and coordinate new client onboarding. - Own the process and outcomes for resolving client issues. - Advocate client needs and requests with internal stakeholders. - Educate clients on the tools and resources available on HealthEquity’s systems. - Identify opportunities to drive client adoption of our full product suite. - Understand the client’s benefits strategy and present clients with options for improving their strategy. Identify opportunities for increased member participation and coordinate efforts internally to support growth. - Analyze client utilization, trends, and service level metrics. - Monitor and manage file processing and account activities to ensure client satisfaction and SLA adherence. - Maintain client documentation to provide internal teams with client specific processes, procedures, and alerts. - Maintain appropriate communication with clients, including keeping them current on all updates related to their products. - Stay current on product and industry knowledge and apply that knowledge proficiently to support client solutions. Also share that knowledge with internal stakeholders. - Typically, service clients with 10,000 plus benefit eligible employees. - Collaborate with an Account Executive on long term client strategy and growth. - Coordinate and lead annual review meetings (onsite as needed). - Perform operational reviews in order to gain efficiencies in service delivery. - Coordinate regular client status meetings and maintain action logs. - Maintain project plans to manage moderately complex projects.   What you will need to be successful   - Knowledge of healthcare plans, banking, the CDHP – Consumer Directed Health Plan – industry or a closely related field as normally obtained through the completion of a High School Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree. - 5+ years experience in benefits/financial services roles or direct business to business service experience. - A strong customer service orientation is essential. - Able to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of internal and external organizations.
