Working collaboratively across internal departments and stakeholders such as Customer Service, Client Services, Sales, Professional Services, Legal, Finance and Operations, this position will develop and document business processes and application system requirements. Experience should include cloud based conditional access security configurations, DLP, ticketing systems, and on-premise to web-based migrations as well as enterprise level database driven applications and single-sign on authentication. Microsoft technical certifications are preferred. PowerShell experience is required.
